FAQ

The Answers To Your Questions

  • At LASHPOP, we provide refills exclusively for clients with lash extensions originally applied by our artists. If you’re coming from another salon, we recommend booking a removal and a new set while taking advantage of our first-time client discount during your first visit. This ensures we can create the best possible foundation for your lash extensions while maintaining the quality and safety standards LASHPOP is known for

  • You can book a refill through our booking portal or by calling/texting us. Refills at LASHPOP are calculated by the days past your last visit,

    1 Week= 1-7 Days. 2 Weeks= 8-14 Days.

    3 Weeks= 15-21 Days. 4 Weeks= 22-28 Days.

Anything Past 28 Days will be considered a new set so do book a removal and get a deep clean for your new set. (Removal fee will be waived if existing lashes are from us)

  • Before arriving for your appointment:

    1. Remove eye makeup close to the eye area before the service. We recommend using a mild, oil-free cleanser. Avoid oil-based makeup removers.

    2. Do not apply face creams or sunblock in the eye area. The oil found in most moisturizers prevents the adhesive from bonding to the natural eyelash and reduces the longevity of your extensions.

    3. Do not wear mascara. Removing mascara can be very time-consuming, and any residual makeup will also prevent proper application of the extensions.

    4. Extensions will not adhere to crimped eyelashes so don’t curl your lashes before your appointment.

    5. We recommend washing your hair before your appointment because you will not be allowed to get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after the service.

  • No, lash extensions should never be painful. The application process is generally relaxing, and you may even fall asleep during the session. If you experience any discomfort, let your technician know immediately.

  • Lash extensions should only be removed by a professional. Attempting to remove them yourself can damage your natural lashes. Book a removal appointment with us to ensure safe and proper removal.

  • No problem! You can still book an appointment with us without a credit card. We will require a deposit to secure your appointment, which can be paid via other methods such as Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Simply contact us directly by phone or text, and we’ll assist you in securing your spot.

    • Classic Sets are applied with one individual lash on one natural lash, which makes it the most subtle, natural look.

    • Volume Sets are applied with multiple individual lashes on one natural lashes, this gives it a more bolder, fluffier look.

    • Individuals- Applied one at a time on lashes, mimicking natural lashes, offering a delicate and customized look. Most comfortable, light-weight, long-term wear with minimal to no damage to natural lashes when cared for correctly.

    • Clusters- Small bunches of lashes glued together, creating a thicker, more dramatic effect and applied in small clusters along the lash line/eyelids. Only for short-term wear as it will damage natural lashes and cause discomfort.

  • A lash lift & tint enhances your natural lashes by curling them and darkening them, giving a more natural look, while lash extensions involve applying individual lashes to your natural lashes, providing a significantly fuller and more dramatic appearance. Lash lifts require minimal maintenance as they last with your natural lash growth cycle, while extensions need regular fills to replace lashes that fall out which makes lifts less expensive than extensions due to less frequent appointments.

  • The procedure is completely safe – the lashes are applied to each natural eyelash and never in contact with the skin. Simply lay down in one of our comfortable beds and relax by listen to music, a book, or just take a nap (most popular!).

  • Yes! We use sensitive, low-fume adhesive for clients with sensitive eyes or allergies. If you wear contacts, you can keep them in during the application, but we recommend removing them for added comfort.
